토담 Toe Dam Korean Fusion BBQ 329 North Rd #250, Coquitlam, BC V3K 3V8 We ordered Couple Set A (for 2) $86 생갈비 1pc, 노란살 150g, 살치살 50g. 꽃살 3pcs, 된장찌개, 공기밥 2 Beef Short Rib 1pc., Beef Rib Fingers 150g, Chuck Flap Tail 50g., Prime Boneless Short Rib 3pcs., Bean Paste Soup. 2 Steamed Rice Everything was fresh and tasty! The meat was well marinated, not too salty which is good! I also enjoyed having the 2 different types of salads and soybean paste soup! The portions were pretty decent, (I thought I would order more, but I was full haha) The staff were friendly and attentive! You've got to order your food right before you sit down at the table. The food arrive instantly and the service is great. Staffs are friendly and polite. By the moment I sit down, most of the salad is already there. I poured a cup of water, and only have chance to drink it after finish all the food. Once you started the BBQ, you need to take care of the cooking and keep eating, cook too long the meat will be overdone or even burned. The pace was pretty quick and we finish the meal within 30 min. First time trying, we ordered the family set with an order of crab on the side. Taste 1/1* Meat were fresh, marinated meat were tasty, and soup was great, though wife thought was slightly over salted. Crab was amazing, highly recommend! Value 0/1* Slightly on the expensive side, each person came out to $60+ with no beverages Service 1/1* Quick and friendly, lots of space for stroller too Cleanliness 1/1* Spotless Overall/Revisit 1/1* Yes would revisit Paying for ambience? MAYBE Above and beyond? 0/+1* NO On a side note, their pork belly are not served with a side of lettuce, also they don’t have any draft beer, so if those are something you are craving, may be disappointed.
