Sunomono noodles are crunchy on Togo order. $14 dollars least you can do is make sure the noodles are soft? I appreciate receiving a response from Kojan and I believe they will do better. This has been my new go to place in Abbotsford due to other establishments changing things for the worse, unfortunately. A few months from ordering from Kojan and the only complaints I've had were crunchy vermicelli noodle annnnndd maybe the regular sunomonos serving could be a bit bigger for $7.. not to bad for the amount of ordering I've done. Kojan sushi is recommended

Hi, Alec. After hearing your order issue I called you to explain but I couln't reach you. I remembered you have ordered sunomono for a couple of times from here. I am very sorry that you were not satisfied with our food. There were some reasons. Recently we changed the sunomono noodles. Please give us one more chance to get your order. I will put more items on your sunomono order or give you some discount. I am sure you will be safisfied with sunomono next time. We don't want to lose you. I hope you can place an order next time. Thanks.

We at least dine in at this restaurant twice a month; love the ambiance; staff are great and food are fresh and tasty.

Do not order sashimi / nigiri sushi take-out!
If you enjoy your sashimi or nigiri sushi as hot as possible, look no further. No matter what, they always put a hot item on top of the cold items, every time!! Seriously...? Use your brain! You are a "Sushi restaurant"! You should know better! I'm sick of getting home, literally 5 minutes away, after taking things apart in the car to separate the hot from the cold items, only to have ruined, gooey sashimi that was not cheap. This is my last time. I'm done, never again will I choke down warm sashimi...Just the thought makes me think of kojan, and I want to gag.
