C'est une excellente idée de commander des cheeseburgers fascinants. Un personnel amical montre un haut niveau d'hospitalité dans ce fast food. Du point de vue des invités un service non professionnel ne concorde pas avec leurs attentes. D'aprés les visiteurs, il y a une atmosphère agréable dans Kochlöffel. Mais les clients ont classé ce lieu en dessous de la moyenne sur Google.

I have been a customer of yours for over 35 years. That's over from today. The branch manager threatened me with the police and became very loud. And all because I asked for another empty cardboard box for the leftovers of my chicken. I even asked her to pay for this bowl, but this was not possible. I also didn't get an empty paper cup. At this point I'm wondering how it is that employees in the catering sector are allowed to wear 3cm long artificial fingernails. Complaints to the health department are out there and so are complaints to Kochlöffel. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
