So far we …Kathrine, we are a small family-run place that struggles to make something nice for Copenhageners. Help spread awareness of this little oasis so that we can jointly make it a place where even more food trucks find their way to. So far we have had visits from food trucks that served food from Thailand, Italy, India, Australia, the Caribbean and Lebanon - as well as various burgers, sandwiches etc. We also dream of a more varied offer, but everything starts small. Getting the food carts to come is a job that takes maybe 2-3 weeks of full-time work on an annual basis, i.e. ALONE having the dialogue with the different food carts and preparing the marketing for the individual food carts' presence, so don't think that we just sit back and thinking: It's cool to have a single food truck (on the days it happens). But the place/event is - so far - no bigger than it can satisfy two food trucks financially. So: Support and spread awareness of Copenhagen's nicest flea market and we might end up with 3 food trucks at some point.More
