La livraison de plats est un atout majeur de ce lieu. Un personnel beau montre un haut niveau d'hospitalité dans cet endroit. Un service luxueux est ce que les visiteurs apprécient ici. Une atmosphère confortable vous attend dans ce restaurant. Mais la plupart des gens qui utilisent Google n'ont pas donné une bonne note à Kobe.

Order: “GRAND PARTY” suši komplets 88. Gab (35.50€) I'll probably start with the fact that we made the order at 22:00, but they called us 30 minutes later. When the operator called, the conversation was very short - they were ONLY interested in HOW we would pay for the order. When they said it was a bank card, the operator immediately became embarrassed and said that it would be better in cash and explained this by saying that the card took longer to see, this was the first thing that confused us. Also, the operator did NOT specify the name of the customer, the selected order from the menu and the address to which delivery would be made. What can we say about the courier? We waited for the order from 22:35, they sent it to us ONLY after 24:00 (on Sunday Kobe is open until 01:00). When the courier called the phone, he asked the customer to come down and pick up the order himself. It seems like it’s customary for orders to be delivered to the door, but we had to go downstairs. Well, what can we say about the delivered sushi. That's just terrible. First of all, the sushi does NOT match the description - the ingredients. Secondly, they are all falling apart, smell unpleasant (stale) and are clearly already standing (not the first freshness). Thirdly, the sushi contained herring bones or something fish-shaped. We came to the conclusion that it is better to order from a trusted restaurant rather than stumble upon similar advertisements for such establishments. We saw Kobe advertising on Instagram and Facebook.
