First of all, the food and service here is top! It's a small restaurant and there isn't a lot of space indoors, so MUST reserve well in advance. We didn't make a reservation because we decided on this restaurant very spontaneously and were there for the first time, but our next stay in Graz will definitely include a meal here. But we were given a place for a good hour, which was extremely nice. Really nice and great service, we were served immediately and got everything to the table very quickly. We order the Spicy Jalapeño Burger and the Pulled Pork Sandwich with Sweet Potato Fries. The food tasted fantastically good, the pulled pork was also really juicy and tasty. The Spicy Jalapeño Burger was also very spicy and tasted A1. In general, the food came to us quite quickly. In terms of drinks, they have a very large selection of craft beer, some even as draft, which is great for craft beer lovers. The ambience was also good, there's nothing to say except for the music, which we think doesn't fit the place perfectly. Maybe American rock/swing would fit better, but overall it didn't bother me and was very pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay there for this spontaneously short time and are looking forward to our next visit to Kirby's American Kitchen.
