Ayant vu Vancouver Chinatown, c'est le moment de faire une pause dans ce restaurant. Si vous n'avez jamais goûté la cuisine vietnamienne, venez à Kim Saigon Sandwich. Beaucoup de visiteurs mettent en évidence que vous pouvez goûter un terrine délicieux ici.

Came here with 15 of my family members. I walked in and was greeted with a bad attitude and no explanation of service. I kindly asked in "Vietnamese" as well as English to ask what was the problem. And again just gave me gibberish about no service. We left and went to another local spot.

Kim's sandwiches are masterpieces. Kim is an artist who know how to create a symphony of flavours and contrasts! My husband and I have been eating Kim's sandwiches since she had her little counter in the back of the Asia Market store on Hastings & Gore nearly 20 years ago. Kim makes her own mayo, liver pate & meatballs everyday so its no surprise that she has such a loyal following. Everything that goes into her sandwiches are carefully orchestrated for maximum flavour right down to the garnishes and her choice of baguette. Warming up the sandwich in her convection oven heightens the culinary experience. We miss watching her make our sandwiches to order now that she working inside the kitchen of her brother's restaurant. We introduced our son to Kim's sandwiches when he was a tiny preschooler. He ate his first whole Banh Mi by himself at 5 and resisted our attempts to take it from him when we didn't think he could finish it. Boy were we wrong! He ate the whole thing!! Our teenager adores Kim's sandwiches to this day! Our favourites are the meatball, the bacon and the cold cut versions. I've converted a number of my coworkers to Kim's sandwiches and they agree wholeheartedly with my review. Every other Banh Mi's made by other restaurants that we've tasted pale in comparison. We hope that Kim will never retire as her sandwiches are an irreplaceable culinary delight for our stomachs and an incredible bargain for our wallets:)

Best banh mi ever!! If you're looking for the best viet sub look no more, this place is it! All the other places are bad.. Lacking flavours no liver pate and very little meat...this place has all the fixings and the baguettes so sturdy. We ended up buying ten subs and if you purchase ten kim gives you one free! #1 viet sub you won't regret it!
