We do not remember episodes similar to the one you described, perhaps because, for our part, we have a different and perhaps more clear vision of the situation. At 6.45pm on Saturday the tables were all full for the aperitif, so surely if any of us pointed out to her that there was no room they were referring to that time, for the aperitif in fact. If you didn't see any food it was because the kitchen opened later and we don't serve food at the aperitif, but rather cocktails and drinks. We also remember that we received a request, during aperitif time, from a customer who asked us if there was room for dinner and reserved a table for 10 for us for the evening (although he didn't show up). Of course, far be it from us to be rude and not very accommodating towards tourists and customers, we are just happy to have a full house and to welcome as many people as possible and we always do it with great joy, because this is first and foremost our passion, as well as our job. .More
