Wonderful little restaurant! The menu wasn't too overloaded with delicious dishes, Creole was new to all of us - and it was extremely tasty! The waitress is a wonderful Berlin original with her heart (and her "snout") in the right place - competent in advising on the dishes and loving and warm towards the guests. You felt welcome from the start. Gladly again! It's rare that I give a restaurant full marks, but this restaurant deserves it. The waiters are very friendly, ask questions without being intrusive and read your wishes from your eyes. The children's meals are reasonable in terms of quantity and price and my son was very satisfied. After my parents and sister ate at Kid Creole for my mother's birthday in March and were absolutely thrilled, I also wanted to eat there for my birthday. As soon as we entered, we were warmly welcomed by the service and escorted to the quiet table we wanted. The atmosphere was very inviting and cozy, you immediately felt at home. The food was fantastic and ranks at the top of my previous restaurant visits! As a starter we shared the leaf spinach with banana slices and the goat's cream cheese with tomato salad. Both starters were very tasty and the combination of the two ingredients from the first starter was a pleasant culinary surprise. For the main course, my father had an excellent tuna and my sister enjoyed the chicken "New York" style. I ate Seafood Jambalaya, a really delicious rice dish with vegetables, fish, meat and seafood (reminded me of paella). The food had a pleasant spiciness and every forkful included a piece of fish or meat. All portions were plentiful and left you pleasantly full. The quality and portion size of the food definitely justify the price! In between, the very friendly and attentive waitress repeatedly asked about our well-being and wishes. At the end of the evening, as a surprise, a birthday song was played over the music system, to which the waitress brought a very tasty free dessert with a sparkler. A very nice gesture! We were all so excited about the wonderful evening at Kid Creole that we booked a table straight away for Boxing Day! So if you want to experience a great evening in a pleasant environment with top service and delicious food, Kid Creole is the perfect place! I'm looking forward to hopefully many more visits!
