Each time I was disappointed, but constantly gave a chance for rehabilitation. At Slackers I was served a Caesar salad with mayonnaise. The owners claim that the establishment has low prices, so we will have to pay for admission. But Caesar with mayonnaise is something with something. Was it really impossible to make a budget sauce that at least vaguely resembles what it should be? "Good company". My friend and I came to this establishment. During the meal, the waiter did not come to us at all to take away the empty plates. There was literally room on the table for cutlery. But at this time, our wonderful waiter was in sight, joking some jokes with other restaurant employees, instead of doing his job normally. Second situation. My husband and I wanted to book a table at the branch on Salmyshskaya for a wedding. We didn’t intend to have a celebration; we wanted to sit with our family in a beautiful establishment. We decided to book the only large table (planned for 12 people) in the restaurant, to which we were told: “We have signed you up, come, if possible, we will seat you at this table.” Wait, what opportunity? You have one large table in your restaurant. If we come and he is busy, where will you put us? Will you move the tables together, like in a school cafeteria, or will you have 4 people at different tables? What was the problem with reserving a table for a specific time when we were willing to pay in advance? As a result, we found another restaurant with an adequate attitude towards guests. And in conclusion, “Happiness and Joy” Yesterday, on my birthday, my husband and I decided to go to this restaurant. We called in advance and reserved a table for 21:00. They indicated a wish: a table on the second floor so that the stage could be seen. When we arrived, we were told some interesting information: all the tables on the second floor were occupied, there was one free table left on the first floor near the exit. This is despite the fact that we arrived 20 minutes before. And if we arrived at 9, they would tell us “there is the door, there”? I understand that the employees are trying to fill up the seating, but why, if we asked to give us not even a specific table, but any of about 10 that were suitable at our request, the administrators did not leave it, and people who came in without a reservation were not seated where did they want to put us in prison in the end? We had to look for another establishment where the staff knows how to listen to guests. The evening that I wanted to spend in a good mood is ruined. Thank you so much for an amazing time.
