We recently visited the Kentucky Fried Chicken in Hagen and unfortunately I have to say that my visit was extremely disappointing. Even though the store wasn't busy, all the tables and the floor were incredibly dirty. There was leftover food everywhere, which made for a really unappetizing picture. All the tablet shelves were also extremely overcrowded. The staff was even worse. The team, consisting of three young people with a migrant background, smoked leaning against the kitchen door and paid absolutely no attention to the catastrophic conditions in the branch. It was obvious that cleanliness and customer service were not a priority here. Overall, my experience at KFC in Hagen was really disappointing and at a price that was in no way justified.
