A pleasant surprise in Fuorigrotta! I've been seeing this place for years when I went to a colleague of his who offers Asian cuisine nearby. I had always been intrigued but had never gotten into it. One spring day, also encouraged by a terrace full of smiling people eating, we decided to enter. A world of exceptional flavours: Abundant and delicious seafood salad, traditional mussel pepper, super good seafood scialatielli with the right quantity and balance between sauce, pasta and quantity of seafood. On another occasion, however, I had the pleasure of eating seafood carbonara (sea urchin and tuna) strictly without egg. A dish that impressed me pleasantly. The first courses here are really good for me, you can see a good hand from the chef and a good quality of the ingredients. Friendly staff, but the service is entrusted to the responsibility of the guests (which I really like), Roberto (I hope I don't get the name wrong), is an excellent host. In short, I recommend Kemar to savor the scents and flavors of the sea in Fuorigrotta.
