Wow, what happened to Keith's Deli? I used to go there two or three times a week during the 1990s when I worked nearby. I haven't gone since, until about a month ago. I had some business in the neighbourhood, so I thought I'd stop by for lunch. I ordered the Keith's Special, and was very disappointed. Incredibly dry, and a lot of money for a tiny sausage on a large bun, with hardly any onion or mustard. The bun to meat ratio was in my opinion 4:1. Not how I remember it at all. I wouldn't have ordered it several times per week in the past if it was like that. I also ordered a piece of carrot cake. When I removed the plastic wrap, and tried to hold it in my hand, the entire thing crumbled into tiny pieces, and that's no exaggeration. Not sure who prepared the batter on that, but they failed big time. I would never return to Keith's Deli after this experience. A waste of money!

I stopped in here for lunch today whilst doing Christmas errands. I ordered a Reuben and a drip coffee. I don’t read close enough and was expecting bread not a bun. It wasn’t a classic Reuben but it was delicious with tasty meat and sauerkraut and mustard. It could have used a wee bit more meat but the bun was filling. The drip coffee was the best I’ve had in a very long time. It’s often very watery or bitter and sludgy. This coffee was perfectly smooth and only $1.50. Service was very friendly and efficient and the gentleman working there has a terrific sense of humour Tables just needed a wipe. A bit sticky *please update your website as it’s $3 more now per sandwich. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Sandwhich
