We were absolutely blown away by our experience at Amber! The pickled vegetables were a standout, bursting with flavor and setting the stage for the rest of an incredible meal. Every dish we tried was exceptional, showcasing the authenticity and richness of Georgian cuisine. This is a restaurant unlike any other in Montenegro—its authenticity and attention to detail make it a rare gem. If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind dining experience in Herceg Novi, Amber is an absolute must-visit! We were so hungry and excited that we didn’t even get a chance to take better photos! If you are ever in Herceg Novi, you have to try out Amber Restaurant. Georgian food, prepared with such high quality. The mixologist is an artist, cocktails are top notch. Price, we had 8 main dishes, 2 cocktails a bottle of wine and a few bottles of water for €137! Unbelievable! After my second visit I have a new favorit: khinkali with lamb. And I don't even like to eat lamb Everythig I tried so far is so different then what I usually eat and so tasty and interesting to try.
