Iced cappuccino was just a cup filled with chunks of ice, not even crushed and some coffee and milk poured over it. When I queried it, I was told "that's how it is". When I asked about the chunks of ice, I was told that the crushed ice is bought in and then it's crushed further in the store. Again I showed the cashier the container of ice, only to be told their "ice crusher machine hasn't worked for almost a month!" Unacceptable. Customers should be told that when ordering or the item should be advertised as not available until it can be served as it should be. Not R47 for a cup of ice, a little coffee and some milk. I definitely won't be going back.
