Lately when I order my favourite smoothie, it's very watery, and it tastes more like water or crushed ice more than anything else. There is no flavour on it. And it wasn't always like this. Other branches make smoothie really good. I think it's the guy who always wears a beanie on it head, the smoothies he makes lately are just very watery and tasteless. Please improve

Terrible. Took 25 minutes just to get a cup of tea, and 35 minutes for an egg on toast. With only 3 other customers in the branch. Then, everything about my order was wrong, even though she asked and I reconfirmed every part of my order. (And everyone else's orders seemed to be wrong too). Sit down Rooibos tea with cold milk had scorching hot milk. Decaf mocha takeaway was a regular mocha in a porcelain cup. Sot down soft poached eggs on toast were in a takeaway container, and eggs rock hard. Overall, it was a shitty experience that was not enjoyable at all. Especially cos the staff are sullen too.
