Today’s visit to Kashgar Uyghur Cuisine at Henderson Place Mall in Coquitlam was my first time trying Uyghur food, and I was beyond impressed! The Uyghur nan was fresh and delicious. The sangza was perfectly crunchy and tasty. Above all, the service was welcoming and friendly, establishing a positive atmosphere even when ordering to-go. 10/10 would recommend! Also, vegetarian and halal options are available. Vegetarian options: The Uyghur nan and sangza are two of the vegetarian menu items, and they are delicious!
