Nous avions des plats pré-commandés alors je ne peux pas juger le reste mais ce que nous avons mangé étaient délicieux. En plus le propriétaire a prit le temps de venir nous demander si tout c'était bien passé.

This is the unfortunate incident we had to The Kasbah Mediterranean Restaurant. Me and my family of 8 went for a dine in and we ordered combo plate(greek plate) from their main course which includes 3 different types of meat skewers. Unfortunately i out a live worm in the pork skewers while pulling out one of the pieces from the skewer. We immediately felt upset and showed it to one of the hostess there, and she took that plate to kitchen and never bought it back. Even though they apologised , they said it is common as there are plants around patio dine in area . They where telling that it might be a bug that fell from the plants whereas we actually saw the worm coming out from the middle of the meat. Not only they charged for the entire meal, but also felt offended when we asked to take out that specific meal from the total bill. As we were the last group of customers they had, we immediately left after paying the bill. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

While you have the right to write a review about your experience at our restaurant, you do not have the right to make false allegations. Our meat is made fresh when ordered and cooked to the required temperature. In no way is your accusations about the worm true. You showed a video to our staff and made the false accusation that it was our chicken when it was not even close to our meat or plates. You are now stating it was pork. Your false accusations both orally and in writing are slanderous and defamatory against our business. We have reported the review to google and may explore other legal recourses available to us. This response applies to all other reviews regarding your visit to our restaurant including to those of Lenson Thomas and Anthony Thomas. More
