Hotel Pauw has always been my favorite lunch spot. That's why I also went here on 16-07-2023. I am very pleased with the food and service! But there was a man behind the bar yelling at the guests. Also he was very rude to us when we went to checkout. I understand that when the restaurant is busy it can be stressful, especially during the four-day week and we really understand that, but this man was completely disrespectful. Once again I really like your restaurant and the rest of the staff! But that gentleman who was shouting so rudely through the restaurant on July 16, 2023 is really a big minus.
