Okay food. Somewhat embarrassing service from the waitress (of non-Japanese origin) who rudely and annoyedly throws the plates on the table and corrects the writing even though she doesn't speak Italian. Too bad the place has potential but I won't go back after this episode! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Unfortunately my experience at the Kaori restaurant was decidedly unsatisfactory. I gave 3 stars to the food exclusively for the quality of the sushi, which turned out to be average and comparable to other restaurants in the same range. However, the Chinese part of the menu left a lot to be desired: the veal curry was undercooked and poorly cooked. The service, unfortunately, was extremely disappointing. The staff appeared disorganized and not very attentive. A waiter made inappropriate comments about my writing, while his colleague, despite having asked to leave some plates, removed both plates and forks while one person from our table was still eating. Upon our report, he responded with an arrogant and pedantic attitude, which made the interaction decidedly unpleasant. Order management was confusing: we waited over an hour for three dishes, one of which was wrong and another had a strong taste of detergent, probably due to inaccurate washing. Furthermore, the wait staff did not seem to adequately master the Italian language, making communication difficult. The environment was also chaotic and disorganized, with the waiters shouting at each other. Finally, no priority was given to orders: customers who arrived after us were served first. Overall, the value for money is unsatisfactory, especially considering the level of service. I would not recommend this experience and I don't think I will return.
