I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent dining experience at Kanji Centrale, which was one of my favorite sushi places in Milan. My visit last night, January 20, 2024, at 9:00 PM, was compromised by several issues that significantly affected our overall enjoyment. First, the iPad used to order had severe lag issues and a poor connection, causing an unnecessary delay in placing our order, despite our familiarity with the dishes. Additionally, the quality of the food was noticeably different than our previous visits. The flavor of the dishes, particularly the salmon, was unpleasant and not up to the standard we expected from Kanji Centrale. Despite reporting this to our waiter, there was no proactive effort to address or resolve the issue. Unfortunately, our disappointment didn't end there. On the way home, my dinner companion began to experience severe nausea, with a lingering eggy taste in her mouth. When she arrived home, she developed a fever, had cramps and suffered from both vomiting and diarrhea. I also had stomach pain and diarrhea, indicating a worrying impact on our health. Given the severity of these health issues, I am deeply concerned that the food consumed may have been contaminated or improperly handled. This experience not only left us physically unwell, but also shattered our trust in Kanji Centrale's quality and safety standards. I urge you to investigate this matter carefully to ensure the well-being of your customers. Additionally, I would appreciate timely communication on steps taken to address the issues raised in this email. I have been a loyal customer of Kanji Centrale, and it is disconcerting to have such a negative experience after many pleasant visits. I trust you will take immediate action to address these concerns and prevent similar incidents in the future.
