I picked up a resident who had fallen and urinated on the street and helped him walk to the nearest bench. This was very difficult as the resident was very drunk. If you can't look after your residents, I expect at least a quick "thank you" from the nurse for my help. Edit. They must have misunderstood me, I wasn't evaluating the patient who asked for help, but rather the ungrateful nurse. But for her “thank you” there are two more stars.

My grandmother has lived here for a few years and is happy. That is the most important thing for me! Whenever I visit, everything is clean, well-kept and tidy. The staff always seems very friendly to me. My grandma once told me that when I sent her a small bottle of eggnog at Easter, a nurse/nurse took time to sit with her and toast. A small gesture, but it says a lot and meant a lot to my grandma. Thank you for taking such kind care!

After our father unfortunately passed away a few days ago, I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank the hard-working and always helpful employees at the K&S senior citizens' residence in Zwickau for the excellent performance. Since mid-2020, our father has been able to enjoy all four service areas offered: outpatient care, day care, serviced living and inpatient care in the Zwickau senior residence. At first the whole thing was a bit unusual for him, but later he told us more and more often that he felt really comfortable at K&S in Zwickau, which I would like to pass on at this point as a huge compliment to the employees in Zwickau. I can now appreciate that what your employees do on site every day is not an everyday occurrence and that they therefore deserve special appreciation. I would particularly like to thank the employees Ms. Kramer (nursing service manager), Ms. Drechsel (head of nursing area 4) and especially the nurse Tom from nursing area 4 for the extraordinary, great and self-sacrificing care and attention of the employees. The K&S management can be particularly proud of these employees.
