The worse insult and disrespect from an extremely rude woman who work there. Probably the same one others mentioned in the review. Seriously, what is wrong with her? They should go out of business. Sure is no way to treat customers. If you want a happy time and not the worst insult of your life, run away from this place. I wish I read review before, but who thought how wrong a cafe in a mall could be? Hope my review could help someone else avoid having their day ruined because this place like me. This is a beautiful space for a cafe, but someone who actually know how to serve and run a cafe need to take over. To the owner who responded: Good to see someone actually cares, and she is not the owner. So perhaps, this place may not be entirely helpless. But as long as someone like that is working in the place, it will be a failed business. I will surely not risk making myself so angry again by visiting it. In my case, the only thing I did was that I did not rush to the counter to buy something the moment I got there, and then I received one of the worst insults I ever experienced in my life. I took my time, put down my bag, and dealt with my over energetic 5 year old son first, and put up my computers and ipads for charge. Something anyone who has kids or traveling could certainly relate to. I fully planned to purchase something, once I am comfortable, and I never had any cafe in the world that would bother me for that. She jumped on me in the most insulting way. She accused me in the meanest manner of being there “very long time” over half an hour, but I have a watch as well – it was more than 5 min, but not more than 10. Sonot only she gave me this weird untrue accusation out of nowhere. And with such an attitude like she caught me stealing from the store, or I am homeless sleeping there for hours. But obviously I was not. I’m a well traveled multinational business owner myself. Not saying I’m special, but just to say, I do not look homeless or look any different from a regular customer. Even if it is a freeloading person, she should still be approached with a polite, sympathetic and professional attitude, then most would understand, I know, I would. But her attitude was in my opinion unacceptable for treating any decent human being, even if they are homeless. Unfortunately after trying to clear up with her, made me realize she is just one of those very mean people, and who totally do not even understand the basics of service industry, and should not work in service. One business owner to another... If you wish to success and continue success, you need to reconsider your personal hiring and training. And if she is indeed the branch owner, then I would think any franchise that values its reputation and brand, should not be associated with a person of such a character and caliber. Unhygienic... after cappucino we had to throw up, apparently the milk system wasn't flushed properly. A mouse came leisurely out of the staff area and ran through the cafe. The staff didn't care, even after being pointed out, they acted as if they didn't see the mouse and didn't do anything. It has nothing to do with service. Kamps doesn't again
