Friendly managers. Friendly staff. Clean toilets. They have a generator for load shedding times. Good food. But they need to improve on their staff, I think sometimes they may be short staffed hence the waiting sometimes. Which I understand though since they opened not so long ago. Hopefully as they grow, the staff compliment will as well. I wish they could speak with centre management and see if they can't have a drive thru, for future developments. Worst experience yet at a KFC. Waited almost 45 minutes for food then to top it up: mash was supplied without gravy, didn't get our buddy cokes and didn't get our 2 piece chicken. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
