We ordered online at KFC Central City Shopping Center on the evening of July 5, 2024. We were charged $60, but the food hasnt been made. Therefore, it wasn't delivered to us. My wife called the store to check in the order, and the woman she spoke to mentioned that no order has been made. I gave her order number #1080, and then the attendant just hanged up my wife's call. We called again, and the man answered the call and was saying the courier didn't deliver the food, but according to the online tracking was saying the food was still cooking. It was a big lie to blame to a poor courier their mistake. The man was saying to wait for another 40 minutes to make our order. If we said yes, we spent 2 hours just waiting for our simple order. My wife told them to cancel the order and just refund us, but until now, the amount they collected from my credit card has not been returned. This is a very ridiculous service and such a big hassle on our end. We have spoken to customer service twice and have gotten two reference numbers: 5DV65X and 5DVD85. This is not okay and not acceptable at all. Bring back our money and fix your service. Terrible experience for making us so hungry and, most especially, my children. Service: 1
