I just ordered a big crunch combo and I actually got on my sandwich a breast with the bones in it! I am very disappointed disappointed and very surprised. This is my very first review and I do not know where to even complain. We just wasted $25, and in today's world with inflation this is not acceptable!

Terrible....an hour and 10 minutes in the drive thru...a big greasy mess in the bucket...coleslaw was giant chunks of cabbage...1/4 inch of grease in the bottom of the bucket...$40 for a bag of garbage....threw it in the garbage..went to Mary brown's across the street....which was great!!.....filed a complaint at kfc...requested a refund....I won't hold my breath waiting
