i can't believe a shift manager would do such things to a customer and colleague. after waiting almost 20 minutes for my order i had to wait for another 5 minutes by the collection counter for the food just because Salome Kekana the shift manager was trying to be funny or playing around with a colleague....A whole shift manager. she ignored me and her colleague as we called her for my order.if colleagues are fighting or not in speaking terms what has that to do with a customer? i feel so undermined and disrespected. maybe drive thru people should teach Salome some manners,they treat customers way better than the so called shift manager!!! The colleague kept on calling her Mma'K but she ignored her.
