Although it took more than 35 minutes after ordering and paying at the restaurant, our receipt is still in the tray, but 10 receipts after our order were delivered to the next 10 receipts, but my order was not even ready for any product, the staff is very inexperienced when the order is a little too much, they are confused to prepare the order. The lady who was the restaurant manager that day was very rude and far from being helpful, when I cancelled my order, there was nothing ready on the tray and unit about my order when I asked for my payment back, she said that it would be refunded to my IBAN account, but there is nothing coming to my account yet, please I want the payment to be refunded to me.
