Customer service is very poor, i placed an order and the order arrived incomplete. The driver say he wasn't given my complete order and the store said they sent out the complete order, but offered to make a not of what I was not given to replace it at another time but then disconnected the call without taking any information. It's a good thing I stopped tipping online and now in person. That's my last time getting food here. Service: Delivery Food: 2 Service: 1

Don’t waste your money — go to Jollibee, SFC, or Popeyes instead. Very poor value for the price — got KFC take-out so unfortunately didn’t see the food quality until at home. KFC wrap didn’t look anything even close to the menu photos, and ingredients were not fresh at all (small amount of wilted and browning lettuce, zero tomatoes, and barely any sauce).
