I made an online order (skip the q) I got a confirmation email stating my order will be ready at 10:31, when I got there at 10:35 my order was not ready but this was the first so I asked the lady by the name of Zama when it will be ready (since I was on 15 minutes break which is the reason I always buy online) instead of checking and assuring me my order will be out soon or wat was causing the delay, she just ignored me, no explanation no empathy even after I told her I was on tea break just plain attitude together with her Supervisor they just looked at me in disgust. Out of frustration I asked my order to be cancelled because already the time was 10: 43, Zama went at the back and came back with my order left it at the table for me to take no apology and she just went on with her day serving other customers. This is the first time I had experienced such at 369 Smith Street Durban KFC and I'm very much disappointed with this kind of service, I got at work late at 10:52 ( could not eat ) which was 7 minutes late which has affected my adherence for the whole month of October.
