I recently had a terrible experience at Justino's Wood Oven Pizza. During my visit, I found a large plastic piece in my pizza, which was not only disgusting, but also posed a serious health risk. I immediately brought this to the attention of the staff, who apologized and initially offered to remove the pizza from the bill. However, I was appalled to discover that in the end, they only reduced the price by 50% instead of removing it completely. This was unacceptable, especially given that I had three young children with me, all under the age of three. As a parent, I cannot stress enough how concerning it is to find a foreign object in food when dining with young children. The lack of concern and care demonstrated by Justino's Wood Oven Pizza was deeply disappointing. Finding a foreign object in food is never acceptable, and their failure to take the issue seriously and compensate appropriately has left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. I urge anyone considering dining at Justino's Wood Oven Pizza to think twice. It is clear that they do not prioritize the safety and satisfaction of their customers, and I would not recommend risking your health and money by dining at this establishment. In conclusion, my experience at Justino's Wood Oven Pizza was completely unacceptable. Finding a plastic piece in my pizza was bad enough, but the lack of proper compensation and concern for my family's safety and satisfaction has left me feeling deeply disappointed and frustrated. I will not be returning to this establishment and strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.
