Faites l'expérience de manger un risotto délicieux. Essayez un parfait savoureux. Ce restaurant est si bien placé qu'on peut y accéder en utilisant n'importe quel transport. Si vous voulez essayer un cordial délicieux, Just Hotel Lomazzo est un bon choix. Beaucoup de visiteurs commandent un café immense.

On c'est arrêté à cet hôtel juste pour prendre le repas de midi. J'ai été très déçu par la nourriture... Sans goût. Le menu était une spécialité Italienne en plus, donc aucune excuse... J'achète la même chose au supermarché en surgelé et ça a meilleur goût, bien meilleur ! C'est pour vous dire le niveau ! Très déçu.

Sur la route des vacances, pause appréciée. Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses et très propres. Bar sympa et restaurant bon et prix sages.

I stayed at Just Hotel Lomazzo, and while the hotel has its positive aspects, there were several issues that left me with mixed feelings. The hotel is conveniently located near the motorway, but this also means you can hear cars passing by all night, which might be bothersome if you’re a light sleeper. On a positive note, the hotel is modern and clean, and they provide complimentary water, which is a nice touch. However, I noticed that while they clean the room daily, they don’t actually change the duvet. The real issue came with breakfast. I had dietary restrictions and specifically booked breakfast because the hotel’s website stated they could accommodate these. I messaged them before my trip, and they confirmed they could fulfill my requirements. However, on the first morning, I found the scrambled eggs mixed in the same pot as the bacon. As a vegetarian, this was a problem, as people were using the same spoons for both items, and the eggs had a strong bacon smell. When I raised this with the hotel, they directed me to speak with the restaurant staff. After some difficulty finding someone who spoke English, I finally spoke with a staff member who understood the issue and assured me they would prepare my eggs separately going forward. The next day, they did make my eggs separately as promised, which I appreciated. However, on the day of check-out, I was presented with an unexpected bill of €24 for these specially prepared eggs. This was frustrating, as I had already paid for breakfast and was told they could cater to my dietary needs. At no point had they mentioned an additional charge. After explaining the situation, the receptionist finally waived the charge, but it left a sour note on my departure. Overall, while the hotel has potential and some good features, the lack of clear communication and extra charge for accommodating dietary needs made my experience less than ideal. This is not the way I wanted to end my stay. Service: 2
