The Just Darling restaurant was very welcoming, open, clean and spacious - it felt like you were on holiday - awesome feeling. We just stopped for a quick bite to eat to fill that hollow spot. I had the Toasted Mince on brown bread without chips. I was pleasantly surprised with taste and flavours and really enjoyed this meal. Our service by Cash Matlatle was over and beyond. Kudos to Cash for his excellent service. Nothing was too much for him. We'll done all round. Thank you we will see you again. My first visit to Just Darling at Thaba. Beautiful setting. Waiter wasn't the best. Got the order wrong, brought a salmon sandwich instead of a tuna sandwich. Proceeded to tell my friend she ordered salmon, which we both knew was incorrect. I ordered Eggs Benedict. Whilst they had to correct my friend's order, my Eggs Benedict was left to get cold. Then my friend's tuna sandwich arrived and my meal had to be returned for Eggs to be replaced, as my meal was cold. I ended up taking my meal away, as eating in relay isn't quite acceptable. Strawberry & mint iced drink highly recommended. Cappucino could be less strong. The biscuit is yummy. Returned within a week. Service really needs to be hacked up. To wait more than 20 mins for a coke and another drink is unacceptable. My gnocchi was over boiled. Lacked taste. My husband's sandwich was OK. Waited forever for the bill. No Manager in sight who calls on the tables to see if people are happy. Recommend they print the time for the breakfast, where breakfast options appear on the left. Not somewhere else on the menu, where one doesn't notice it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: R 500+ Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Review for Darlings I recently had the pleasure of dining at Darlings, and I can’t recommend it enough! The standout feature of my experience was the exceptional service. Our server, Cash, went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and attended to throughout our meal. From the moment we walked in, Cash’s friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge of the menu made a significant impact. He provided insightful recommendations and checked in regularly without being intrusive. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, but Cash’s attentiveness truly elevated the experience. The food was delicious, but it was Cash’s outstanding service that made the evening memorable. If you’re looking for a great meal paired with top-notch service, Darlings is the place to be!
