This is 3rd time we are hosting the party. This time we were disappointed. 1. We booked a package without food but with cake. I called and asked if we can bring pizza from outside. They told we cannot do that but you order pizza there for 25$. But on the event day, the staff started taking food order from kids. We initially thought may be its part of package. When we checked she told yes its part of package. Later she told the package we selected is not food package. So we have to pay food pakcage or go with what we booked which is without food. But as already kids gave their food order they wil expect food. Also there other parents standing i didnt want to argue and agreed to pay food package which is 90$ extra and tax 32 extra. There were only 7 kids and each ate one slice of pizza and a pop can. Not worth the money. 2. No maintenance. The play area was dirty. The game machines were not working.

Jungle Jim’s is an awesome place to go for a child’s birthday or a get together. The prices are very reasonable and include food, drinks, cake and the children get to pick their goodie bags from a large selection. There are games, slides and lots of climbing tubes. Parents can rest easy bc there is only one entrance/exit and only one party at a time. The employees are very helpful and friendly. Also the establishment is very clean and well kept. Very highly recommend!

Booked a party, nobody showed up for the kids so we had to move to another place last minute. Hope everyone’s okay but it was confirmed the day before so not sure what the excuse is/was, sad because all the reviews say great things

Same as listed in a different post which I will re-iterate here. I can confirm that the staff member slotted for that date did not show up as they had made a mistake. It is a rare (has never before happened on 9 years of business) occurrence and there are no excuses made. While it is tragic and nothing can ever erase hat had happened the parent who booked the party has had an offer and they are satisfied with the compromise. Yes we are all human and mistakes do get made however it is how we handle those mistakes that define us. I was away on business and the staff left in charge did fall short that evening. However they did have the bravery to admit not only to me but to the client what had happened and they owned the issues as opposed to so many these days who cannot admit their mistakes. We have given the birthday host compensation and they are satisfied with it. We can never say they are happy but under the circumstances they are satisfied with the solution and compensation proposed. This is all anyone can ever ask. If we had time machines obviously we would change things. It is very unfortunate I was away on business or I would have personally come in to deal with the situation. However the staff member offered to pay for and host another event for this client at her own expense which was super honourable of her to do. Yes she made the mistake but how she offered to handle it is impressive in today’s environment. I trust this will put this issue to bed and I can assure you that staff member and all staff members are double checking they can make their obligations so nothing like this ever happens again. I do wish the above had waited to see the outcome prior to immediately assuming the worst before posting but nonetheless we do own the mistake. However if the person wronged is satisfied with the compensation it should have been left there. However I will never shy away from the facts listed above and while I wish they had not happened it is inspiring that the folks involved handled the situation in a respectful and decent manner. This is where I will leave it.More
