To the question about gluten-free we told you what all restaurants should tell you, not having a second certified kitchen we can change your bread and use a gluten-free sandwich, but we cannot guarantee non-contamination given that even using clean cutting boards and surfaces for this need, non-contamination cannot be guaranteed 100%... We have told you what there is about oil it was worth knowing, we use 100% palm oil, but given that, in 10 years of activity, a boy who had not communicated his allergies did not feel well, we prefer to be doubly considerate, suggesting, given the very strong allergy, that perhaps it was better to avoid.
