I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Jugo Juice Coquitlam Centre on August 31, 2024. What was supposed to be a quick and easy drink order turned into a disturbing and invasive experience. When I tried to order, the cashier asked me to scan my barcode on my phone. I handed it over, expecting a normal transaction. However, she rudely grabbed my phone without asking for permission and began scrolling through it. I was shocked and felt my privacy had been compromised. I couldn't see what other details she was accessing, but the lack of respect and permission was appalling. To make matters worse, she tossed my phone carelessly on the counter like it was a toy after she was done. It was clear that she didn't value my belongings or my personal space. As a customer, I expect a certain level of respect and professionalism from the staff, especially when it comes to handling my personal property. I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received at Jugo Juice Coquitlam Centre and would not recommend this location to anyone. The cashier's behavior was unacceptable, and I hope the management takes steps to address this issue and ensure that customers' privacy is respected in the future.
