D'après les commentaires des visiteurs, la cuisine jamaïcaine est plutôt bonne. Servir un curry de chèvre savoureux est la marque de fabrique de ce restaurant. Un personnel conciliant montre un haut niveau d'hospitalité dans Joyous C Kitchen. Un service sympa est ce que les clients aiment ici. Il y a une atmosphère décontractée à ce lieu. Les utilisateurs de Google accordent une note de 4.5 à cet endroit.

Made a catering order for pickup although was told what time to arrive ended up waiting an additional 40 mins for my order. The fry chicken had no taste however the jerk chicken was just okay i wont be going back all cost 200$ Meal type: Other Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I'm new to Hamilton and was craving Jamaican food. I read some of the good reviews about Joyous C Kitchen and ordered yesterday (Friday) on Uber Eats but I got a message that they were out of jerk chicken. This was around 5:30pm. I canceled my order because if I want jerk chicken and you don't have it, why would I proceed? My intention was to try ordering again today (Saturday), hoping they would've made some. I did just that today and this time when choosing the meals I saw that they didn't have any rice and peas, only white rice. This was disappointing. Why're you out of rice and peas at 1pm on a Saturday? I still proceeded with the order only to get a message about 25 mins later on my phone that they were out of steamed vegetables (one of the sides I wanted with one of the meals). I was displeased at this point and was now about to cancel my order the next second with the intention of never ordering from this restaurant again only for the message to disappear. Yesterday I had a few mins to respond (yet I cancelled soon after seeing the message so I did not use up all the time I was given to respond, but I was not given any time today to respond today). It seemed like the message was canceled on JCK's end, preventing me from canceling the order. Because THEY proceeded with my order, I thought meant they had some steamed vegetables after all or they were going to make some. This was like 1:30pm in the afternoon, so no reason they should've been out of anything and if they were they should've updated their menu on the UberEats accordingly to let customers know. So, my order came at 2:45 only for me to find that one jerk chicken meal was missing. I had ordered TWO jerk chicken meals and ONE goat meat meal (all with white rice because they did not have any rice and peas). It's really unprofessional and disrespectful tbh - to continue with the order without informing the customer that you did not have jerk chicken and to prevent me from canceling the order. The jerk chicken itself was honestly the worst I've ever eaten. It was tasteless and bland; I don't even know if it was actually jerk chicken. The chicken pieces themselves were so so little (honestly did not make any sense how little they were), along with the portion (honestly did not make any sense), so good thing they did not include the second jerk chicken meal but still it would've been nice if you had told me instead of proceeding with my order. Perhaps they did not inform me because they knew I would've canceled the order and didn't want me to. Secondly, one of the two meals (instead of 3) that came did not have steamed vegetables on it like it was supposed to, so they did run out of the steamed vegetables as well but did not allow me to cancel my order. I'm not too upset the second jerk chicken meal was missing because there was barely any chicken and the taste was poor. I've bought a nice, enjoyable jerk chicken meal in Mississauga for $13 with very generous portions, but yours is almost $18 and nothing to write home about. A nice bag of chicken at No Frills is about $6, so I'm not sure why you guys are always running out of chicken or are simply stingy with your portions. As for the curry goat meal, this was also very disappointing that I had to toss it and I hate wasting food. The goat was too soft (and one of the reasons I tossed it because I'm not looking to get diarrhea) and incredibly tasteless. It was basically just goat meat cooked in curry water. The presentation was also quite poor. I didn't even pay attention to this initially but my friend whom I showed the food to over video call made mention of it. If he could notice that over video call without me even mentioning anything at all, you know he's not far from the food. Basically, please don't waste your money ordering from this restaurant. Some of the good reviews that misled me into ordering, are not honest. I hope they're better Jamaican restaurants in Hamilton with authentic Jamaican food and customer service because this place is not it and clearly I won't order anything from here again.
