From the moment we arrived, her warm and welcoming attitude set the tone for the evening. She guided us through the menu with expertise, suggesting dishes that perfectly suited our tastes. Her attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and friendly smile truly elevated our dining experience. The food at Joummar was exceptional, but Anuja’s service made it even better. I usually never leave a poor review but all I can say is wow. Worst restaurant ever. The cheaper options on the menu don’t even exist, my friends have come here multiple times, the shawarma is always “not available” and guess what, it also wasn’t available when I went. They charge money for water, every other restaurant I’ve ever gone to ALWAYS gives free water no matter what. Seems as the owner is extremely greedy. Our waitress didn’t even speak English properly and got our order wrong 2 times. When I corrected her the first time she said “you should have told me what you want clear” even though I just ordered a simple chicken tikka off of the menu. After requesting to speak with the manager, he furiously shouted at us saying that they had already made the previous food and that we are wasting their time and resources. We waited over an hour for our food, we were starving, taking the first bite: completely bland and flavourless. I should have gone to McDonald’s instead. Furthermore, when I was about to pay, there wasn’t even a ‘no tip’ option, you have to give either a 15%, 20% or a 25% tip. Coincidentally, while I was walking into the restaurant, 3 police officers were walking out, seems like I’m not the only customer who had an issue. I highly suggest finding another restaurant to eat at, it’s not worth the headache, cost and disappointment of eating at a ‘fancy’ restaurant.

very bad restaurant do not go there ---- I ordered fish and it was soggy and no tast and when I complained to the manager he was justifying that I have to eat soggy fish

Very long waiting time even we did reservation before

Customer service socks when we gave feedback they said that no one complain before while I so alot of same feedbacks

I end up paying 150$ for soggy fish and I ruined my anniversary lunch with my kids
