Actually zero point zero stars! We wanted to go for coffee and cake there on January 27th, 2024 at 4:45 p.m. After waiting 10 minutes at the table without seeing a waitress, I went to the front of the counter and wanted to order there. There I was told for the first time that I had to order at the table and that someone would be coming soon. There were no customers at the counter in the store at the time. The unfriendly, blonde-haired, younger saleswoman seemed to have been overwhelmed by herself or just because. It could be that she was just having a bad day... so far so good... After another 10 minutes of waiting at the table and three younger male customers who had then ordered at the counter and left the counter with food and drink When we were just allowed to sit down at the table, I went back to the front and wanted to order. The young, cheeky and uncharming waitress had now arrived at our table with my partner and was arguing with her. When she asked for her name, she was told that she didn't want to tell her! She then said afterwards that she couldn't help it because it was so full! With all due respect, it wasn't really full at the time and the selection of cakes at the sales counter was more than clear, as was the number of occupied tables in the cafe. As a side note, wearing a name tag and gloves behind the counter would have been an advantage and more than appropriate! The unfriendly service person had a slightly older and usually more experienced colleague in the background, but she said nothing about the situation. When I asked the young, blonde-haired colleague about her name again, my partner was again attacked. There were now a few customers in the store who also had to experience this unpleasant scene. Conclusion... after almost 25 minutes of waiting and the most unfriendly and ignorant service, we left without having achieved anything! Customer friendliness is different and the sound makes the music! This young waitress was simply cheeky and should be busy elsewhere! I hope that the management also reads this review and takes care of it with appropriate consequences. We were then served coffee and cake in a friendly and immediate manner at the competition in Bielefeld City. Three Olsson customers less, including the son of my partner and who lives in Bethel.

The friendliness and service at Olsson am Betheleck have clearly deteriorated. An employee in particular, blonde, short (approx. 1.50), young, should consider whether customer contact is the right career field. We were not served today, January 27th, 2024 at around 4:45 p.m. after a 30 minute wait. Before that, this young lady sent her to the table to wait for an opportunity to order, "It doesn't work any other way!" was communicated to us unkindly. After several inquiries about when we could finally order, we only received unfriendly answers, and most recently really cheeky ones. When I asked her name, she wouldn't tell me, turned around and walked away. Us too! We drank our coffee in Bielefeld city center and were served promptly and in a friendly manner. It's a shame that the head office doesn't care about the negative reviews. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking
