I went to exchange an item bought a day back. I wanted to do an exchange for the plastic rectangular food containers. While doing the return first the cashier a young white lady, I told her that these are broken as I just noticed today upon taking them out of the grocery items. She said she will return them. I told her I want to return & re purchase the same boxes as they were broken. She first did the return & when I went to grab them, she said the price has jumped up. I told her I was just doing an exchange & she should've honored me the exchange within the same price. She said, she cannot do anything now. I requested her manager named Raman (East Indian) lady. She said, you yelled at my cashier over this whole issue. I told her calmly that this is not true. She said no you did yell at her, as she heard me from a distance & some customers also complained that I was loud. I told her there was no customer behind or ahead of me while I talked to the front cashier about the exchange issue. Raman, the manager in fact started yelling me & upon asking whats her name, she said Raman & also said, Go do whatever you want, I am not scared of you. I left it at that & just walked away telling her now its you whose yelling at me. She also over wrote on my receipt I showed her to hide the item's barcode. I am not judging anyone here, but the customer service at this location is so bad.

I bought the Mangos while say the price of 0.79 cents each at the cashier she charged me over $10.00 for mangoes. I inforn the cashier that it says 0.79 where I pick up the mangoes, she send an employee to check and I took the photo and showed her , she was about to change the price for 0.79C per mango the MR.Ben who called himself a manager told the cashier to not to change the price, then I went with Ben and showed him the price at the station he said they are different mangoes on the wrong space and told me that I am not going to sell in on this price. II left without buying the m, you need a new manager this is an illegal activity committed by Ben the manager

Prices have gone up everywhere. No doubt about that, however, No frills Carrie’s a third rate quality products, in that scenario the prices they offer are way too high. Unfortunately the consumer has absolutely no say here. Ppl need food on their tables we have to feed our loved ones and that is the bitter reality of this era.
