Came at entrance no one to welcome u and guide us through covid protocols and to the table. Young lady brought menus, no greeting just told us someone is coming to help us.

A guy came took our orders and wrong food served by someone else.
My wife's plate had pieces of rice under her fish, asked a lady to call our waiter but she asked what we need. My wife explained the problem, no apology just took plate away. Afterwards manager came and apologised.

The food is great, I always enjoy specials by John Dory's Golden Horse Casino. But I am not impressed with the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I received last evening. I was dining alone and my waitress hardly checked up on me, she seemed way too busy for me and hardly even smiled. I felt like an inconvenience for a service I am paying for. I was also under the impression that the place closes at 22:00, but at 21:00 pm the waitress were already literally seeping the floor around me while eating. That is disgusting and rude!!. But maybe not all John Dory's are like this.
