This is a mediocre place. Great atmosphere and play area for the children, but horrible experience we had there. To start off with, our waitress had forgotten about which drink I had ordered. She thought I had ordered a caramel milkshake while I very explicitly ordered the salted caramel, she also didn’t know which if the sushi’s were cooked, even though she had told us which ones were. So we expected a cooked sushi while an uncooked one arrived... So they had to send it back. Although I do have to give credit to their dumplings, they are great and were very crunchy! The second issue was with the dishes they use to serve their food with. They need to stop using them as they rust quickly and it affects the quality of food, it affected the shrimp sauce that was served. We left with sour mouths as the taste had still been lingering in there. Please do change your dishes used to serve in as they are not good for the food and the customers, it is a large issue. The manager did gave us R100 off the bill, but we didn’t even take a takeaway. Please do better, I don’t think we will be coming back.
