John dory's mall@carnival gave us a very bad service today 4th January 2022. Wife ordered the 10 prawns which was over done and half the meat did not come off the shell. I ordered the calamari stips which also was over done. Manager on duty Edith was not very helpful in her duties to please a customer. While the other manager Lucky was just around chatting to 1 person that was the kitchen manager seated at a table working. I sent my plate back and was not happy. Edith said she will go see what she can do in the kitchen. Returned and offered me sushi. I rejected this offer as I did not order sushi. This is very bad manager service of this branch.

Still one of our favorite restaurants and staff at the entrance is always welcoming, this time around we were served by Evelyn who was friendly and on top of her game with her service
