Went to Nespresso store after getting a new Vertuo machine and wanted to try out their seasonal flavoured pods. I did not like the atmosphere or customer service. When I walked in the door, I was a bit clueless as it was my first time but no employees approached me for help. I tried to get assistance but they would just help people who were lining up near the door. I went to that line and the employees just ignored me and proceeded with the customers behind me. Turns out you're supposed to make a line outside of the store? Rather absurd, especially when there's no signs to indicate you need to line up for service. Once I finally got to a till for assistance, I asked the employee which of the 2 strongest roasts are more popular and she wasn't very knowledgeable. Later I found out I could've been offered a sample before purchasing. It was a very bad experience overall. It felt like going to the Apple Store but at least employees there are friendly and offer to help! This store was so pretentious and not friendly. I'm going to stick to ordering online from now on. I can’t say enough about Sage at the Nespresso Boutique at Southgate! I received a Nespresso machine for Christmas and right out of the box I couldn’t get it to work. I returned it to the Boutique and he tested it out. Long story short he provided me with a replacement ( which works by the way) and went over the machine on its functions with me . He was so Absolutely helpful... I can’t say enough.... his customer service is Totally 100% in my opinion .... this is my 2nd Nespresso machine and I’m totally sold.... my 1st one is still working perfectly but my hubby thought I needed an updated version for Christmas...... LOVE NESPRESSO ! Thank you again
