I live very close to this pizza joint but had never ordered, having heard from those who've tried it that it is not good. Alas, I decided to give it a go and instantly regretted it with the very first bite. I have no idea how this place has a 4 start rating!! The pizza itself was overcooked. Most of the crust was burnt and inedible. The ingredients tasted stale and not fresh. The garlic dipping sauce was entirely too industrial. The chicken wings were definitely not "jumbo" and were pure rubber. Adding insult to injury, I had a terrible night of stomachache after eating from there. The soda cans were alright though. I would definitely not order from there again. That was $45 down the drain. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Parking space: Plenty of parking

We have recently moved to the area and learning our way around. We had a group of family and friends help us move in and we wanted to treat them with dinner. I googled 'pizza places near me' and Joe's Pizza Ancaster showed up and I decided to try them. I would like to start by saying we will definitely be ordering our pizza from here again. Not knowing how many pizzas and other sides I should order the gentleman on the line was extremely friendly and must say patient with all the questions I had. I wish I knew his name so that I could list it in my review. In the end I left him to place most of my order based on a few suggestions as I trusted his judgement. The pizza upon arrival was hot, fresh and delicious and everyone extremely enjoyed it. Thank you Joe's Pizza Ancaster.Camilla
