Ordered an XL pizza half cheese and pep, half chipotle chicken with no onions and a 2L of Pepsi for supper this evening. (Menu says chipotle chicken comes with red peppers and red onion). I asked for no onion and it came with green peppers, onions, orange peppers and no 2L of Pepsi. Called back and spoke to a lady about the situation, who then hands the phone over to a man who tells me they didn’t put onions on it and that they didn’t have red peppers so they substituted it for green peppers and orange peppers (which wasn’t explained over the phone) I walk to the store to prove my point that there was onions on it and he replied by saying “2 on there” as shown in the picture and half the pizza gone. By this time, it is after supper time and that side of the pizza was eaten as that side wasn’t wrong. I asked if he wanted me to pick through the pizza to show theirs onions on the rest. He proceeded to say they must of slipped and made me a new small chipotle pizza. But disappointed isn’t even the word, I wasn’t out to get free food, just wanted my order right. Me and my family come here often. Oh and they didn’t ring my 2L of Pepsi the first time so I had to pay for that after paying 36.00 and gave a 4.00 tip. Won’t get my business any time soon unfortunately. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1

Something has definitely changed with your pizzas over the years. Not even close to what it used to taste like. Pepperoni and sauce....tasteless. That being said your donair was delicious. Whatever is going wrong with your pizzas you need to change it back.

Will we had lunch twice there it was awesome I came a way full will at least you can get a good HOT cup of tea there beautiful place nice and clean good service so if you want a great food go to joes pizza
