Our goal is to address issues like this and improve on the service where it may have been lacking. In terms of delivery costs, that is unfortunately out of the store's control. Delivery service providers dictate the delivery fee, and that is primarily based on the distance travelled. We will investigate further into the matter with the delivery service providers to ensure delivery fees are reasonable. We urge all customers to submit their feedback so that we can pave a better way going forward.
