Finally! Today I managed to try Jiamo Lab! Luckily there was little queue and with a little patience I was served. I'll start off by saying that the staff are very good and friendly. Let's move on to the substance. The famous sandwich. I chose the variant with braised beef and followed by the udon with chicken. The owner warned me that perhaps it was too much for one person but I insisted. The sandwich is crunchy on the outside and the flavor of the filling explodes inside... lots of filling. Once I finished the sandwich I was full. The meat is spicy but not too much and above all it is very tender. Overall I think the sandwich is very good but not enough to make me do pirouettes. I have to try the version with pork which is the original and in Asia they know their way around pork. The udon noodles were loaded with seasoning and very good. I should have added a little soy sauce for that signature saltiness that gets your taste buds high. Go and try JiAmo Lab!
