The drinks were not bad but it's probably the worst customer service I've experienced in Vancouver. To start of, I overheard the staffs chatting in Cantonese while my group was deciding what to order. Since I also speak Cantonese, I felt that it would be natural for me to order in Cantonese but somehow the staff replied back in English. Once my group finished ordering, she started chatting with the other male staff again in Cantonese. Most places I've been to would reply back in the language I was speaking if the staff also speaks the language, so the way she replied/acted definitely stood out to me as odd or rude (ok, maybe the word rude is a little bit too strong). And as I was ordering, I was told that the drink (fruit yogurt smoothie) I wanted to order would take about 15 - 20 minutes. After I confirmed that we're cool with waiting, the male staff walked over and said actually it would take 30 minutes or longer instead. I end up ordering a Capped Brown Sugar Thai Tea because I had a feeling that the staff didn't want me to order the fruit yogurt smoothie for whatever reason. My assumption is that they didn't want to handle the fruits (?), or else why would ordering other drinks yields in significantly shorter wait-time. Lastly, the male staff turned his back to us as my group was discussing about the wrong sugar level being printed on the cup sticker/label. He actually paused for a few seconds when he heard us talking about it, so I'm pretty sure he knew but he just didn't bother offering us a remake. At this point, I sort of just want to take my drink and leave... especially when I witnessed them telling each other "you go. you do it" when some customers arrived for order pick-ups. Customer service aside, the drinks were great and they do have menu options that are not available in the SoCal Truedan location.

Known for being a healthier bubble tea options and using only natural ingredients, Jenjudan is specializing in brown sugar bubble tea drinks. After seeing a BOGO promotion on Ubereats, I have decided to give this place another try. Previously, I went to Jenjudan for their other drinks but I was never a fan of their milky drinks. I tried their Thai Brown Sugar Milk Tea and Brown Sugar Pearl Milk. I found their milk is not as creamy as I wanted it to be, so it was a deal-breaker for me. This time, I decided to try their Original Taiwanese Flavors; Winter Melon Tea with Brown Sugar Pearls. I was trully amazed by the quality of the tea and the pearls! The tea has strong winter melon taste, and the pearls were chewy and cooked to perfection. On another note, I think 50% sugar is too sweet for me, I will get 25% next time! Recommended!

I really enjoyed the Thai Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea flavour as well as the Oreo Brown Sugar Milk Tea. They are so flavourful and creamy. I have yet to try other drinks they have available.
