Reviewing the restaurant of someone you love is certainly not an easy task because you risk being less than objective, but in fact who can judge other than someone who lives that reality first hand every day? So here I am evaluating Jeb Al Centro, as a customer, of course! Last night, sitting at the table in the corner near the meat maturer (my favourite), I had dinner like all the other customers. A la carte menu and some extra fish dishes designed and recommended by the kitchen team. Weekly closing evening, but not held to welcome customers on Valentine's Day. We order fish menu (complete, 3 courses) and dessert to end the meal. I look around and see a trendy place, with a slightly urban but welcoming style, tastefully decorated for the Valentine's Day. Soft lighting, adequate music, a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. The dining room staff is at ease among the customers, the chefs occasionally emerge from the kitchen door to retrieve meat from the ripener. Really good food, friendly service. Sometimes knowing the effort behind everything makes the evening and dinner even more perfect. Well done to all, well done to you, well done to us. Ps and we want to talk about strawberries from BASILICATA... a few words for connoisseurs!!
